They are at great risk should even a small part of the corruption be exposed, and especially that related tom their role in the investigation and prosecution in the Lockerbie bombing.

The greatest physical threat to Americans and to the nation is from people wanting to kill Americans. Starting with the downing of Pan American Flight 103 over Lockerbie, the United States has suffered a continuing list of worsening terrorist attacks. Unknown to most Americans due to an almost complete censorship by U.S. media personnel and media corporations, a series of corrupt and criminal acts by people in control of the highest law enforcement agency in the United States, made these events possible.

It is probable that during the past half century there has never been available to the American people the great amount of evidence showing, for instance:

The series of sordid corrupt and criminal acts by key people in the government of the United States that shifted the blame from the people and groups actually responsible for the murder of 270 people in the greatest aviation terrorist disasters in, the nation's history (prior to 9/11). FBI and other Department of Justice personnel controlled the planting of bogus evidence, making millionaires out of perjurers, threatening witnesses; controlled the prosecution; and were aided by the most extreme example of judicial corruption by every level of the Scottish judicial system.

In the process, the enormous power of the United States was directed to destroy the life of an innocent Libyan—called the Lockerbie "bomber" in the United States, and even vilified him as he nears death, suffering from incurable cancer. Advance Notice of Downing of TWA Flight 800

The downing of TWA Flight 800 occurred within two weeks of FBI-DOJ personnel being informed of the planned attack by a mole in the al Qaeda cell headed by Ramzi Yousef, the mastermind behind the 1993 World Trade Center bombing and the planned simultaneously bombings of a dozen U.S. airliners departing Far East locations. NTSB cover-up was forced by DOJ that had advance notice of the bombing and covered up. Links to serial murders involving a key FBI supervisor!

The political NTSB accident investigation board falsified the report. This falsification to cover up problems at high levels min government is routine for many years by that NTSB group.

Advance Notice of Bombings of
U.S. Embassies in Africa

FBI-DOJ personnel were given advance notice of the bombing of two U.S. embassies in Africa by a mole inside the al Qaeda cell headed by Ramzi Yousef. One was in Kenya and another in Tanzania.

Evidence of Terrorism on American Airlines Flight 587

Repeating the tactics used with the downing of TWA Flight 800, government personnel shifted the blame for the downing of American Airlines Flight 587 from a terrorist act to a structural failure of the rudder assembly. The blame was on slight turbulence that may have existed. That excuse was recognized as fabrication by any pilot with years of experience with extreme turbulence. Also, by knowledge of aircraft that due to combat or other severe encounter lost their rudder assembly and were flyable.

Terrorist Attack on Northwest Airline Flight 253

On December 25, 2009, an amateur terrorist ignited what was to be a massive explosion on Northwest Airlines flight 253 from Amsterdam to Detroit. A bomb fabrication error caused the explosive device to misfire. Until there are major changes in the foreign policy of the United States, and the inherent corruption in government and the culture of cover-ups, and public unwillingness to read serious material, these conditions will continue. Showing the usual ignorance of politically-sensitive placement of unqualified people in key positions, Chairwoman Janet Napolitano stated after the event, and after every indication of a terrorist was ignored, "The system worked."

In addition to other harm inflicted upon the American people, the documented corrupt acts of key people in the United States made possible a series of successful forewarned terrorist attacks upon major U.S. targets. Prior to the September 11, 2001, multiple hijackings:

Ripple Effects from Ripple Effects: Two Wars and
Groundswell of People Wanting to Kill Americans

Ripple effects from the documented corruption in the Lockerbie matter continued with other terrorist successes, and then, with the successful forewarned hijackings on September 11, 2001, there was a compounding of the earlier ripple effects. And again, serial lying and corrupt activities that should have been obvious to anyone that would read, and covered up by U.S. media, enabled the perpetrators of the next series of events to succeed and even be eulogized by the most uninformed of the American masses. The death toll, financial costs, and greatest buildup of people in the world's history that wanted to kill Americans, was accomplished with the guilty going scot free.

The ripple effects were the invasion of Afghanistan and Iran, ordered by President George Bush (Jr.) with the help of U.S. politicians and supported by a major section of American adults. A few links shows the combination of lies, deaths, and blowback effects:

Afghanistan. A virtually helpless target, was bombed and thousands of its people were killed because one segment of al Qaeda was located in the remote mountainous areas of the country. The Taliban government probably knew nothing of the al Qaeda plans to hijack four airliners, with most of the logistics occurring in Europe. Disregarding the brutal fanatical culture of the religious Taliban leaders against their own people, they had virtually no role in the 9/11attacks. The Taliban government offered to turn the al Qaeda group residing in Afghanistan over to the United States if it presented evidence linking the 9/11 hijackings to them. U.S. politicians refused to provide such evidence. As described in the book, Defrauding America, it was the CIA that destabilized Afghanistan in the early 1970s by funding and arming religious fanatics that were fighting the westernization of their country by the new government. This this CIA destabilization resulted in Afghanistan's leader asking Soviet troops to enter the country to protect against the rebels. The rest is history, as Afghanistan suffered a continual series of wars—started by one of the U.S.'s many destabilizing operations. The latest ripple effect of that early 1970 meddling has U.S. personnel involved in ten years of deadly fight, the end of which is nowhere in sight.
Thousands of innocent Afghans killed by the "courageous" high-altitude bombing by U.S. military and the guided missiles from offshore ships, or the unmanned flying vehicles controlled from the safety thousands of miles away in the United States.
- Compared the role of the Taliban government in insuring the success of the 9/11 hijackings to the pattern of corrupt activities by key people in the United States that had more to do with the success of the four groups of hijackers than anyone else.
Iraq. The U.S. invasion of Iraq killed several hundred thousand Iraqis that had nothing to do with the 9/11 attacks. Although Saddam Hussain was brutal to those threatening to overthrow his reign, Iraq was one of the most westernized countries in the Middle East and a major enemy of al Qaeda. People living in Iraq prior to the U.S. invasion resorted a very low level of crime, streets far safer than in the United States.
- In 2010, as all but about 50,000 U.S. troops departed Iraq, the return to civil war started. These are the conditions that Saddam Hussain encountered when he had to resort to brutal tactics to maintain peace.

Unrecognized Complicity in United States

Prior to the series of terrorist successes made possible by the corruption described at this site and in the related books, multiple parallel schemes were taken to prevent the American people from being informed of the high-level corruption and related consequences that were being reported by the unusual and unprecedented actions of former federal agent Rodney Stich and his coalition of other insiders. For instance:

Series of sham lawsuits were filed from 1982 to 2005 against Stich, involving over 50 lawyers and law firms, all knowingly blocking Stich's reports of the corruption that already had enabled to occur a series of major aviation disasters and would soon make possible the 9/11hijackings.
- CIA-front San Francisco law firm and lawyers that initiated the sham lawsuits in 1982.
- South Carolina law firm, lawyers, and judges that took over the next series.
- Los Angeles area law firm and lawyers that then took over.
Federal judges repeatedly blocked the reporting of the corruption related to an ongoing series of airline disasters, which were the same type of actions that made the 9/11 hijackings possible. The reports were being made under the mandatory responsibilities of the federal crime reporting statute, that made it mandatory for federal judges to receive the information. Those attempts to report corruption of employees in federal government were also a right of any citizen to report. Further, if Stich had not made the report, he would have been guilty of failure to make such report.
Federal judges compounded their repeated obstruction of justice conduct with other actions related to blocking the reports:
- Aided and abetted the sham lawsuits filed by lawyers cooperating in the scheme by denying to Stich the federal defenses needed to halt the massive civil and constitutional rights arising from the sham actions.
- Federal judges repeatedly issued unlawful and unconstitutional orders permanently barring Stich right to federal court access. These orders knowingly blocked his reporting of the ongoing sometimes deadly corrupt conduct and also prevented Stich from seeking relief from federal courts for the massive civil and constitutional violations involved in the continuing series of sham lawsuits filed against him.
- Federal judges and Justice Department prosecutors charged Stich with criminal contempt of court (3 times) for exercising requirement to report federal crimes to a federal judge and for exercising federally guaranteed procedures seeking relief from massive violations of state and federal civil and constitutional rights.
- Federal judges and Department of Justice prosecutors denied Stich a jury trial, and then held him guilty, sentencing him to federal prison: Ironically, the same federal judges and Department of Justice personnel who had be part of the conspiracy to block the reporting of the deadly corrupt activities then used federal offices to feloniously silence and harm a witness and former federal agent.
- Federal judges, with the help of Department of Justice personnel, corruptly and in violation of civil and constitutional rights, seized and liquidated the $10 million in real estate assets that funded Stich's attempts to expose the high-level corruption related to great harm.
- Department of Justice employees.
- Federal judges, including Justices of the U.S. Supreme Court.
- Hoard of lawyers and law firms.
- Members of Congress that were repeatedly informed of the corruption and covered up.
- Media personnel and corporations, that were repeatedly informed of them corruption and covered up.
The misconduct of the people in these groups far exceeds misconduct of thousands of ordinary citizens that have been sentenced to long prison terms. In their case, their misconduct made possible the nation's worst terrorist attacks and the deaths of thousands of people.

For argument, if any one segment of what is stated here is true, the American people have far worse problems than they realize.
Futile Attempts to Report Criminal Activities
Discovered in Other Areas

Encountering a total gridlock attempting to report these crimes against the United States, the former federal agent then exercised other remedies provided by law, and especially under the federal crime reporting statute. That statute requires a federal judge to receive information on a federal crime from anyone who seeks to provide that information. That is a mandatory duty under the judge's mandatory administrative duties for which he is paid.

From the 1970s through to 2005, every federal judge to whom Stich attempted to report the ongoing corrupt and criminal activities involving people in key government operations refused to receive the information. That block constituted felonies under the obstruction of justice statutes.

The felony cover-ups by federal judges worsened.
- A series of unlawful and unconstitutional orders were rendered barring the former federal agent from filing any papers in any federal district or appellate court. Those orders knowingly−and surely intentionally−blocked the reporting of high-lever corruption that was inflicting great harm upon the American people and upon national security.
- Federal judges and Department of Justice prosecutors several times charged the him with criminal contempt of court, and sent the 67-year-old activist to federal prison for six months, including two months in solitary confinement. These retaliatory acts for attempting to report high-level crimes constituted felonies.
- Federal judges corruptly seized and liquidated the $10 million in assets that he used to fund his attempts to expose the corruption. When Stich filed objections to the seizure and liquidation, he was again charged with criminal contempt of court.
During all this time, the corruption in the government's aviation safety offices were continuing, along with other criminal activities, as well as the resulting consequences. Among these consequences were the hijackings of four airliners on 9/11 that was enabled to occur by:
- The ongoing corruption in the government's aviation safety offices. The 9/11 hijackings were simply four simultaneous aviation disasters made possible by the corruption.
- The documented pattern of felony cover-ups by federal judges, which continued even after 9/11, as federal judges in the federal courts at New York City and in the District of Columbia continued the cover-up. The post-9/11 cover-ups were needed to protect themselves against being charged with criminal acts that made possible the 9/11 events.
- Members of Congress who repeatedly covered up for the ongoing criminal activities, and became major enablers to many national tragedies, in addition to the 9/11 events.

The events of 9/11 were only one of many consequences from the corruption that is rampant in the United States. Since shortly after the end of World War II, the American people have suffered great harm, often times deaths, and sometimes catastrophic events, occurring at more frequent intervals. Some segments of the culture have affected the United States in a way that are having an even wider range of harm. A Financial Times article (February 9, 2010) referred to the plight of the United States in the following comments:

The United States is a pale shadow of what it was a decade ago: its fiscal situation is out of control, its banking system discredited, its military stretched by two protracted wars. Whatever philosophical high ground it has had over the last two decades has been lost.

Self-Inflicted Surge of Terrorist Attacks

As terrorists themselves have repeatedly stated, it is the policies of the United States in the Middle East that have created the greatest escalation of people wanting to kill Americans. It wasn't always like this. International airline captain Rodney Stich encountered friendly people throughout the Middle East during the 1950s as he flew plane loads of Muslim pilgrims to the holy cities of Mecca (Jeddah) and Medina. This hatred was generated by such meddling in their affairs as:

Orchestrating the overthrow of the elected leader of Iran on August 19, 1953, Iran's Prime Minister Mohammad Mosaddegh, and replacing him with Mohammad Reza Shah, in a covert scheme known as Operation Ajax. (Stich was in Iran the morning the revolution started.)
Arming Israel and approving its invasion and occupation of Arab territory, and the thousands of deaths inflicted upon the people of the occupied country.
Invading Iraq and bringing about the deaths of an estimated one million Iraqis, on the basis of serial lying by President George W. Bush, his shills in Congress, those people that supported the deadly invasion.
Invading Afghanistan because one segment of al Qaeda was residing in the remote mountainous areas of the nation and killing thousands of Afghans, some by carpet bombing, Ironically, many people in the United States had a greater role in enabling the success of the 9/11 hijackers.

Tentacles of Endemic Corruption

Former federal agent Rodney Stich has spent over 40 years of bringing this information to the blissfully in-denial American people, a public that earned what they have suffered, what they are suffering, and what they will continue to suffer. The information is here. Read and act upon it, or do nothing, as in the past. History strongly suggests the American public will ignore these matters even more than in the past. His first discovery was the culture of corruption related to a series of airline disasters:

From approximately 1950 to approximately 1980, major airline disasters were occurring in the United States seemingly every few months. These were occurring while government insiders were reporting and documenting major safety problems, corruption, criminal activities, and the standard retaliation against those people in government making the reports. The corruption related to the FAA certification of the DC-10 was one of the subsequent examples of continued corruption in that tombstone agency.
The 4500-page transcript includes documents and testimony showing a pattern of hardcore corruption within the FAA and at United Airlines (the airline that at the time was experiencing more senseless airline disasters than all the other airlines combined; and had strong political support protecting them from regulatory reaction−similar to what brought down the housing and financial sectors years later). The transcript shows a final brief warning of a continuation of the fraud-related crashes if a cover-up occurred.
A cover-up did occur. During the several weeks of hearings, three additional major airline disasters occurred, each one due to the same safety problems, corruptions and criminal violations that had been previously reported, documented, and covered up.

The cover-ups continued, as did the continual occurrence of airline disasters from known and reported safety irregularities. The frequency of airline disasters greatly reduced after approximately 1990 due to factors that circumvented the consequences of the internal FAA problems.

Corrupt Culture in U.S. Department of Justice
And Ripple Effects

The duplicity of personnel in the U.S. Department of Justice arose from the following:

FBI-DOJ had 11 months of continuing advance notice of the 9/11 and several other terrorist attacks, being provided to them by a mole inside a key al Qaeda cell headed Ramzi Yousef, who:
- Was the mastermind behind the 1993 World Trade Center bombing.
- The planned bombing of 11 U.S. airliners leaving Farr East locations, the scheme being known as "Bojinka."
- The actual bombing of one airliner.
- The mastermind behind the scheme to hijack U.S. airliners and fly them into U.S. buildings.
The reason for withholding the information obtain by the mole was to prevent him from being recognized as creditable. This status became necessary so as to protect a key FBI supervisor involved in a series of murders with a Mafia capo in New York City, and to protect DOJ personnel that had known of these murders and feloniously covered up for the crimes.

Federal Judges−Enablers of Great Tragedies

Preventing the reporting of high-level corruption, first, in the government's aviation safety offices, and then blocking the reports of criminal activities in other areas−including some such as the FBI-DOJ, that was playing causative roles in the continuation aviation disasters, terrorist attacks, and other areas−were a group of federal judges.

Under the federal crime reporting statute, any federal judge must receive, as part of the judge's mandatory administrative duties, reports of a federal crime from anyone seeking to make such report. From the late 1970s to 2005, dozens of federal judges blocked every attempt by former federal agent Rodney Stich to report the ongoing hardcore corruption that he and his coalition of other former government agents and insiders sought to report.

As a result, the federal offenses continued to occur, along with the various resulting consequences that could otherwise have been prevented, This resulting harm included various financial and personal harm upon millions of Americans, in some cases, as in aviation disasters, thousands of deaths in preventable aviation disasters occurred, and as in the last 15 years, a number of terrorist attacks on major U.S. targets. Some might argue that these were grave offenses!

Lawyers Joining Conspiracy to Cover-Up

From 1982 to 2005, a hoard of lawyers and law firms joined the parallel actions that knowingly interfered with attempts to expose the ongoing corruption related to a series of preventable aviation disasters and other areas of harm. The series of sham lawsuits against former federal agent Rodney Stich acted to halt the exposure of high-level corruption that he and his coalition of other government agents and insiders had discovered. Bribe-Taking Members of Congress As Enablers

Starting in 1965, and continuing to this date, members of Congress were repeatedly given details of the various forms of major corrupt activities as they were occurring by former federal agent Rodney Stich and his coalition of other professional and government insiders, offering to produce testimony and hard evidence. In every instance, members of Congress covered up. If any one of them had reacted in the multiple means available to them, many of the nation's most tragic, sometimes deadly, and sometimes, catastrophic occurrences, would not have happened. And that included the current unwinnable defenses against worldwide terrorist attack success, and the housing and financial debacles that will continue and possible worsen over the years.

It is a crime for a person who knows of a federal crime to cover-up for it, as provided by federal criminal statutes. From 1966 to the present date, federal agent and then former federal agent Rodney Stich and his coalition repeatedly reported in writing to members of Congress the existence of the corruption in the government's aviation safety offices and other areas of criminal activities.

Over a period of years, not only did they engage in the criminal act of obstruction of justice, but bribe-taking culture of members of Congress resulted in legislation being passed that enabled the American public to suffer huge losses due to corruption or abusive conduct in the housing sectors, the financial sectors, credit cards, and else. Today, the American public is enduring the start of even worse financial conditions because of their bribe-taking misconduct.

Decades of Attempts to Report The
Corruption−and Decades of Cover-Ups

Among government insiders trying to halt the corruption in the government's aviation safety offices was FAA inspector Rodney Stich. Among his attempts were the following:

Publishing documentary books. The first was in 1978, being the first of four editions of Unfriendly Skies.
Appearing as guest and expert on hundreds of radio and TV shows.
Stich started filing federal actions to report the criminal activities in the government's aviation safety offices. The first in a series of lawsuits were filed under the federal crime reporting statute and another statute. The first three reported the corruption related to a series of specific airline disasters involving people in the FAA and NTSB. The third related to the corruption involving the DC-10 disaster in Paris.
Under the crime reporting statute, any federal judge—including Justices, such as those of the U.S. Supreme Court—must receive the information as part of their mandatory administrative duties, which are different than there responsibilities as judges or Justices. Refusing to receive the reports would be obstructing justice. Under the other statute, Title 18 U.S.C. § 1361, a federal judge is entrusted to, and paid to, provide a federal court forum at which the facts are presented, and then an honest judicial evaluation expected.

Massive Corrupt Efforts to Keep The
Information From the Public

The documented actions taken by a group seemingly immune from corruption revealed still another sordid area of life in the United States. This area focuses on the former federal agent who became the focal point for dozens of other insiders providing information and documentation. Very briefly, here is what was done by a seemingly respected segment of government:

Federal judges initially blocked the reporting of corrupt activities related to a series of specific airline disasters and in later years, also criminal activities in other areas involving key people in overt and covert government activities. These reports were made to a federal judge under the federal crime reporting statutes.
Dozens of lawyers and law firms engaged in sham legal actions against the former federal agents whose conduct and goal were parallel to the actions by federal judges to halt the reporting and exposure activities.
Their parallel conduct constituted a conspiracy to obstruct justice.
Each of these actions required additional corrupt actions by judges and lawyers. This document misconduct occurred while the corrupt activities were ongoing and the resulting harm from the corruption−and cover-ups−continued.

If the facts are understood, the conclusion can be reached that when the original corruption related to the many airline disasters that were occurring at that time, that the information must be kept from the public to avoid massive outrage. This was done, and the crashes and deaths continued−made possible by the cover-ups. At that stage, to protect the even greater number of people involved, including judges, Justice Department personnel, members of Congress, schemes were concocted at some high level in government (most probably within the U.S. Department of Justice), to take actions against that former federal agent.

These actions initially involved CIA-FBI-connected law firms and lawyers, and involved massive violations of state and federal laws. Those initial schemes backfired, and then federal judges again became implicated who had already become involved by their earlier cover-ups that made possible the continuation of the corruption and the deadly consequences.

As the former federal agent gained publicity from his documentary books and hundreds of radio and TV appearances, other government agents and insiders provided him with information on corruption in key government areas that was virtually unknown to the public. And that is how this information became available at this site and in the related documentary books. If this information is too unbelievable for those who have been shielded from various forms of corruption in government, then consider this a work of fiction. Ignorance is indeed bliss−but also, deadly to many others! The present calamitous effect upon millions of people from the housing and financial frauds is only one tentacle of the overall corruption.

The situation is now so dire that no member of Congress will even respond to letters and faxes exposing these matters.

Deliberate and Unknowing Complicity
Of the American Public

Among the many reasons why most Americans are so illiterate about the massive amount of corruption affecting their lives would include the following:

Lack of time due to the daily task of work and survival. They would not be among those that share blame for ignoring these problems.
People whose mental capacity is so low that it is beyond their ability to comprehend anything of any complexity.
People who have no interest in the need to do continuing intensive reading of serious articles and books.
People obsessed with trivial matters, Hollywood gossip-type of material, novels, sports, etc.
People relying on political pundits for their information, receiving opinions and slants rather than the facts, and then, only very limited.
People who read about certain areas of corruption but feel powerless to do anything about it.
People who do read, but feel it is the responsibility of their leaders to correct these matters. That is true, but their leaders are the ones that are either directly involved in the corruption of involving in covering up.
Where protests do exist, they are of relatively minor matters−compared to the severity of the corruption−and involved matters that do not require intensive reading and understanding. Anybody, with the most limited knowledge, and without any requirement for serious reading, can protest, and that is what we have today. And much of the protesting is of the bullying type!

Until a significant amount of the American adult population develops the habit of constant reading of books on matters material to national events, That appears unlikely.

What the American public should have been doing, the head of the coalition of former government agents, Rodney Stich, continues to do, as he approaches 90 years of age. Kind of pathetic, isn't it!

The person behind this Internet site, with his unusual background and unusual group of other former government agents and insiders, has been in a surreal situation of watching, for years, the precise tactics used to subvert the people and the nation, and the harm, sometimes deadly, and sometimes catastrophic, resulting consequences.

Unable to bring about any significant understanding of these matters.

Resulted in 40 years of preventable and forewarned brutal aviation disasters due to documented fraud.

Under these conditions, it continues to be like looking into a crystal ball watching a once great nation and its people disintegrate, with virtually not hope in sight.

For former government agent Rodney Stich, the quest has been especially difficult. A combination of federal judges, Department of Justice employees, a hoard of lawyers, he endured the slow and continuing:

Loss of the liberties available to others, including murderers and terrorists. Numerous district and appellate court decisions bars him for the remainder of his life from filing any papers in any federal district or appellate court, which in turn voids for him the defenses under the laws and Constitution of the United States.
He lost his freedom for approximately five years on a series of contempt of court charges after he sought to report the criminal activities as required to be reported under the federal crime reporting statute, and the right of anyone to report corruption in government.
His life assets of over $10 million were criminally taken, to prevent his exposure of high-level corruption, by people in positions of trust.
He suffered incredible indignities.

For what! trying to protect the American public, most of whom are too lazy to even show outrage or to read about what is being done to them!

Pastor Martin Niemöller

Pastor Martin Niemöller (1892–1984) first supported the rise of Adolf Hitler, and then upon learning the truth, and objecting, he was imprisoned. He wrote a poem about the state of denial of Germans about what Hitler was doing. Probably no better example could be shown than what has been done to the American people, in their name, while they ignored the outrages.

The first step is to become informed. And with the vast cover-ups, disinformation, and blatant lying by U.S. politicians, media personnel, and political pundits, this requires a little effort. In searching for information, don't be misled by wild conspiracy theories, and go where facts can be found, including courageous (and foolish) insiders who speak out in defense of the country.

Sadly, fewer people read such books (preferring trivia reading), rarely read newspapers (which is one small step to becoming informed). Therefore, the future is bleak, made possible by the corruption detailed here and in the books, the cover-ups, and the public's indifference to their responsibilities.

Life wasn't always like this in the United States.
